We completely understand that life can be busy and plans don’t always go as expected. If you need to change your appointment or are running a little late, we’ll always do our best to help and accommodate where we can.
To help us keep things running smoothly for all of our patients, we kindly ask you to keep the following in mind:
Cancellations
If you do need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we’d really appreciate as much notice as possible. Ideally, 48 hours’ notice allows us enough time to offer your appointment to another patient who may be waiting.

Appointments cancelled with shorter notice may incur a small fee, as this time has been reserved especially for you.
Running Late
Your appointment time is set aside just for you, based on the treatment you need. If you think you may be running late, please give us a quick call so we can try to make arrangements.

We’ll always do our best to still see you, but in some cases we may need to reschedule to ensure you receive the full level of care and attention you deserve.

How to Cancel or Rearrange Your Appointment
